Google Universal Analytics ( UA) and the newer Google Analytics 4 are both free. For larger clients GA has limits and sometimes doesn’t give enough info to be helpful. To combat this we added custom analytics solutions which capture much more detailed info than Google does. A simple custom script added to your site or a WordPress plug in, allows automatic creation of profiles of all website visitors, getting as much legally identifiable information, all their actions, as well as uncovering all (not set) keyword data from the search engines.
